Individual Therapy
About Me
Life has a way of bringing us to moments where what once worked no longer does. Whether you’re navigating a personal transition, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, or experiencing tension in your relationships—these moments often point to something deeper: our need for connection, meaning, and a secure sense of self. I believe therapy provides us with an opportunity to slow down, to pause and to examen our lives in a safe, caring and healing space.
My Approach
I like to help individuals and couples understand the deeper emotions and patterns shaping their lives and relationships.
I work from a client-centred, experiential, and systemic framework:
Client-Centred: You are the expert of your own life. We move at a pace that feels safe and meaningful.
Experiential (EFT): We don’t just talk about problems—we slow down and explore what’s happening underneath, helping you access and understand core emotions.
Systemic: We look at patterns—how interactions, relationships, and past experiences shape your present struggles and strengths. For those who desire it, I also integrate a faith-based perspective—creating space to explore how your beliefs and values intersect with your emotional and relational life. This is always invitational and guided by you.
I believe real change happens through:
Honest, grounded conversation
Emotional awareness and processing
Safe, non-judgmental connection
I’m not here to fix or direct your life. I’m here to walk alongside you—helping you make sense of your story, strengthen your relationships, and move toward a more grounded and connected way of living.
I work with individuals and couples across a wide range of life stages—from emerging adulthood into midlife and beyond.

Working with Individuals & Couples
For individuals, our work together focuses on helping you better understand your emotional world—how your experiences have shaped your identity, your responses, and your relationships.
For couples, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) provides a powerful framework for understanding the patterns you get stuck in together. Rather than focusing on surface arguments, we work to uncover the deeper needs and emotions underneath—helping you move from cycles of disconnection toward trust, safety, and closeness.
