Parenting for Life Course:
This informal, practical, parenting course is run over 4 weeks and equips parents with the skills to help their children grow emotionally and socially; to help them understand their own parenting style; to communicate effectively; resolve conflict situations and to discipline in a positive way. We aim to personalize this course so that parents feel truly equipped.

■ To provide a creative, non-threatening environment for parents to share their parenting struggles

■ Time commitment: 5 sessions of 2 hours each (10 hours in total)
■ Personal commitment: If you are parenting as a couple, both parents are advised to attend
■ Cost: $160 per household ($80 deposit to be paid with application)
■ Please note that this course must be paid in full at or before the first session

***Travelling costs to be discussed, when located outside of the Winnipeg area.

Parent Coaching:
Hope Unlimited offers individual coaching and support to parents in the comfort of their own homes. The individual attention and input into the specific areas of need in the family system has proved to be very helpful to parents. We recommend that parent coaching takes place with a commitment to 4 sessions.
