EQ FOR FACILITATORS

We recommend that all facilitators be trained in the principles and skills of Emotional Intelligence. A facilitator who understands and practices these skills greatly benefits their organisation. colleagues and clients. 

To this end, Hope Unlimited offers specific training to help facilitators understand EQ, and to teach them how to unlock EQ recognition and skills in others. 

Training workshops for Emotional Intelligence facilitators: 
care-givers, child-care workers, youth workers, house mothers
Hope Unlimited trains individuals with a teaching, educare, psychology, youth work, social work or community development background to facilitate emotional intelligence classes in settings like preschools, schools, extra-mural workshops and youth groups. 

This course comprises a four week training program (20 hours of practical training).
