Testimonials"Inga has provided us with insights and practical tools to help us help our children to become, amongst other things, better acquainted with themselves, think and feel more positively about themselves, and to learn to recognize, accept, control and verbalise their feelings, recognizing and replacing negative thinking patterns with positive ones…plus how to deal with conflict, learn empathy, and motivate themselves to set realistic goals and live passionately." - Brian & Lynette, Nov 2014, EQ Parenting Course
"I was a bit sceptical of an EQ course for my 5 year old daughter and including her in the class was a very last minute decision. However, I am so glad that I did give her the opportunity to attend. She has been better able to express how she feels in moments of frustration, which lowers MY frustration levels. I'm looking forward to attending the Parenting Course soon, so that I can learn better parenting skills. EQ was NOT part of my upbringing - we're both learning as we go." - Kerry, 2013

What do TEACHERS say about our EI courses
"One key factor, was that the children were more present in the class circumstance, understanding more about their own feelings and actions. We noticed a marked improvement in their boundaries and listening skills in the mat time. Your analogies remained in their minds of their own accord and we would find them mentioning elements of what they had learnt". - Jill Sangerhaus & Chantelle Smedley, EQ Course Grade R, Noah's Ark 2017 |
"Thank you Inga and everyone for an awesome month of meeting together. Lloyd and I have thoroughly enjoyed being with you and learning and sharing together."

"Our daughter Erinne did the EQ course when she was 5. She learnt valuable life lessons during the course. She learnt so much about dealing with her emotions. As a parent I feel that the course has such a positive impact and teaches children to accept and love who they are, that they are all wonderful individuals and that everyone is made different but we are all special in our own unique ways.
I also attended a Parenting Course run by Inga. It works hand in hand with the EQ course for the children because while they are learning about their emotions you are learning about the same thing so you are better equipped to continue helping them. It was a small group of parents and during the time we got the opportunity to discuss situations that we were experiencing in our homes. It was wonderful to bounce ideas off each other and try out new approaches in our own homes. The course content is excellent and helped me to understand and deal with my own emotions and in so doing help my children. Inga was a fantastic host, is incredibly knowledgeable and gets the message across so clearly. She provides great additional reading suggestions and was always willing to have a chat and give suggestions for specific things that someone was dealing with at the time. I would really recommend any parent to go to one of these courses." - Theresa, 2012 |
